● Diamonds are natural magnets for grease, and when a diamond is handled with greasy fingers, its surface is affected, reducing its brilliance and fire. To keep your diamond jewelry looking beautiful, soak it in a gentle degreasing solution, such as water with a few drops of mild dish soap, once or twice a week. After you remove the diamond jewelry from the cleaning solution, use a soft, clean toothbrush to target areas where oil and dirt tend to collect the most. If needed, take it to a professional for additional care.
