● Japanese-style hairpins are handmade, which can result in slight unevenness in the coating and fine scratches on the surface. However, these imperfections do not affect their functionality. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

● If using our hairpins along with hair styling products, we suggest giving hairpins a gentle wash after each use. This helps to keep the items in good condition. It's important to remember to use a mild detergent and lukewarm water during the washing process, using your hands. This method is highly effective in removing most stains. Avoid using cleansers that contain abrasive materials.

● Though we make every effort to capture as accurately as possible, its color and hue may appear slightly different under various lighting conditions and angles.

● Unless otherwise notified, items will generally be shipped from Japan, but may be shipped from the U.S. depending on inventory availability. (Any additional shipping fees incurred at that time will be borne by AnyNewYork.) Shipping processes will be conducted during the business hours of the country from which the item(s) will be shipped.
