Shipping policy


Unless otherwise notified, items will generally be shipped from Japan, but may be shipped from the US depending on inventory availability. (Any additional shipping fees incurred at that time will be borne by AnyNewYork.) Shipping processes will be conducted during the business hours of the country from which the item(s) will be shipped. All orders are fulfilled on weekdays, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We typically deliver orders within a timeframe of 5 to 8 business days for U.S. customers and 2 to 3 business days for Japan customers. However, we'd like to inform our U.S. customers that there may be additional delivery time required, particularly due to flight conditions. If the delivery time is sensitive for you especially before holidays, make sure to place your order well in advance.

Japan Shipping Cost: 

  •  Free Shipping - over ￥5,500 (before tax)

          * 2-3 day delivery to most of the regions

    (except Hokkaido, Nagasaki, Oita, Kagoshima&Okinawa)

    •  ¥600   - less than ￥5,500 (before tax)

          * 2-3 day delivery to most of the regions

    (except Hokkaido, Nagasaki, Oita, Kagoshima&Okinawa)



    International Shipping Cost: 

    We have shipping options to Canada and UK and usually takes 5 to 9 business days depending on the destination. Additional time might be necessary for customers clearance so please do plan ahead. We can ship to countries other than those listed below, but shipping costs and delivery times will vary. There may be additional delivery time required, particularly due to flight conditions. If the delivery time is sensitive for you especially before holidays, make sure to place your order well in advance. We are happy to assist you if you have any inquires and concerns about shipping. Please note that all orders shipped internationally are final sale, and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.
