Return or exchange Policies: 


  • For U.S customers

You may return item(s) to our U.S. address in Brooklyn, NY, within 7-days of receiving the shipment. (Returning address is different from our shipping address). This return policy does not apply to special ordered pieces, such as resized, engraved, or custom-ordered item(s). Please note that we accept ONLY RETURNS and do not offer exchanges so make sure to read our product descriptions carefully before making a purchase. You are responsible for the return shipping costs of the item(s), and we cannot be held liable for lost, stolen, or missing packages. Additionally, please note that the item(s) must be returned in their original packaging and in unused, perfect condition.

 

  • For Japan customers
You may initiate returns or exchanges at our Japan address in Nagoya, Aichi within 7-days of receiving the shipment.  This return and exchange policy does not apply to special ordered pieces, such as resized, engraved, or custom-ordered items. Prior to making a purchase, please thoroughly review our product descriptions. Customer is responsible for shipping costs of returns or exchanges, and we cannot be held liable for lost, stolen, or missing packages. Additionally, please note that the item(s) must be returned in their original packaging and in unused, perfect condition.

 

 

  • For U.K & Canada customers

All orders shipped to U.K & Canada are final sale, and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

 

Return Instructions:

 

1-Email us at info@anynewyorkjewelry.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include the order number and the reason of your return. 

2-Once your return is authorized, you will receive a Return Authorization number(RA#) and the return address.  *Item(s) without an RA# will not be accepted. 

3-Ship the package within 5 days from the date we issue the RA#. 

4-All returns must be delivered with tracking numbers. Please email us a tracking number. 

5-Upon acceptance of returned merchandise, we will issue your refund within 3 business days, at which you will be notified by email. Please note that the refund is calculated based on merchandize value only. 

 

We reserve the right to reject any returns that do no comply with the conditions stated above. All returns are subject to inspection prior to refund being issued. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and the refund will not be granted. For any questions or concerns regarding the return process, please contact us.
