Having started as a wholesaler with a global reach, Naoyo's passion for creation extended beyond jewelry making. In 2010, she launched her own jewelry store, Noi, in the vibrant heart of NYC's Lower East Side (2010–2018), aiming to capture the essence of her artistry and present her creations holistically. Little did she know that engaging directly with customers would reveal the profound joy of personal connections—an experience that, in turn, uniquely fueled her creativity. This understanding grew even deeper, further enriched by her participation in the prestigious Grand Central exhibition in NYC, where she had the opportunity to connect with a diverse audience and witness firsthand the impact of her creations.

Her collections have continued to evolve with every season. Employing the unique technique of infusing metals developed over the years has left a significant mark and garnered recognition. Despite the growing demand for her creations, Naoyo remains true to her heart and continues to blur the line between art and design. The balance between her urban environment and natural surroundings, in which she was raised, laid the foundation of her design philosophy. She incorporates delicate details into every piece, with a warm and playful spirit, attaining intricacy, timelessness, and even rock'n'roll flair. Working across the U.S., Japan, and India, Naoyo moves fluidly between cultures, embracing a boundless creative journey. She truly enjoys bringing her designs to life, celebrating the natural beauty of the human form.
